This series of water and steam centralised sampling device is suitable for power plant steam quality supervision, to ensure that the quality of water and steam is in line with the standard, to prevent equipment corrosion, scaling, which plays a very important role in the safe and economic operation of the generating unit. According to the different sampling methods can be divided into manual sampling and automatic online sampling: automatic sampling signal can be output to the host computer or automatic dosing system. Water vapour centralised sampling device can be divided into manual sampling device and automatic on-line sampling device: automatic on-line sampling device consists of high temperature and high pressure frame, low temperature instrument panel and microcomputer processing system. The high-temperature rack is equipped with pre-cooling device, sample water cooler and pressure reducing valve and other components. The low-temperature instrument panel consists of a thermostat, a manual sampling device and a chemical analysis instrument.
